A Key Largo condo that sold for $8.5 million topped the list of Monroe County’s most expensive real estate sales last week.

A total of 73 real estate sales were recorded in the area over the past week, with an average price of $1 million. The average price per square foot ended up at $743.

The prices in the list below are for real estate sales whose title was created during the week of February 21, even if the property may have been sold earlier.
