The most expensive homes sold in Tahoe North Shore in the past week


A home in Incline Village that sold for $9.2 million topped the list of Tahoe North Shore’s most expensive real estate sales last week.

A total of 34 real estate sales were recorded in the area over the past week, with an average price of $2 million, or $1,014 per square foot.

The prices in the list below are for real estate sales whose title was recorded during the week of September 12, even if the property may have sold earlier.
